当日の販売についていくつか注意事項を記載させていただきますので

大変お手数ではございますが、ご一読の程よろしくお願いいたします。

以前からではございますがatto-a自体を知らず雇われてatto-aに興味もない方（特におじ様）のご来店、ご購入がかなり目立っています。

このような事例から引き続き今回も興味のない方のご参加を少しでも減らすためにも女性のみご参加いただけるようにご対象者様を絞らせていただきます。

※当日ご参加される方が男性の場合はご入店をお断りさせていただきますのでご注意くださいませ。

※今回ご同伴いただく男性は状況によっては店外でお待ちいただく場合がございますのでご了承くださいませ。

当日参加方法

当日の販売の混乱を防ぐ為、事前にDMをいただき抽選にてご当選されたお客様のみご入店いただける方式をとらせていただきます。

ご参加の方法は1ヶ月前となります1/17よりインスタグラムのDMにてご参加希望のご連絡をいただきましてハートマークの返信にて抽選参加受付完了となります。

抽選、当日のご来店方法は

当選、落選に合わせてご来店時間の抽選もこちらでさせていただいた上で当日指定のお時間にご来店いただき、時間内にご精算までしていただきます。

(当選をされてもご希望のアイテムのご購入を確約できるという事ではございませんのでご注意くださいませ。)

※お客様によっては入店時間等も優遇させていただくお客様もいらっしゃいますのでご了承くださいませ。

※ご連絡いただきます人数によっては抽選受付を早期終了させていただく場合がございます。

この期間内に抽選参加のご連絡いただけなかったお客様は当日は参加できかねますのでご注意くださいませ。

当選連絡の際に落選のご連絡は控えさせていただきますのでご了承の程宜しくお願いいたします。

【入店人数】

同伴人数の制限はなしといたします。

※1度ご入店されたお客様は(同伴でのご入店も同様)同日に2度ご入店はできませんのでご注意くださいませ。

【購入点数制限】

基本的にはおひとり様1点の制限とさせていただきます。

(同伴者様含めてとなりますので2名や3名のご入店でも基本的には1点となります。)

ただし昔からのフォロワーさんや顧客様に関しましてはこちらで確認して制限を3点なり5点なりとご購入点数を調整させていただきます。

アイテムごとの制限も当日説明させていただきます。

※バイヤーさんはご購入もいただいて当方がなかなか海外のお客様に販売できない分、代行の役割を担っていただいているということで感謝をしている部分もございますがマナーを守れない方が少しでもいる以上は厳しく取り締まることしかできないのでご理解いただけたらと思います。

ご購入いただくお客様に対して差別はするつもりはございませんがお客様によって優遇はしていくつもりです。

【注意事項】

最近の傾向でご本人に当商品に興味が無くスマホで指示をもらわないと購入できない方がいらしたのでそういった方のご購入を防ぐ為スマホは必ずしまった上でお買い物をしていただきます。

店頭に並んでいるアイテムをご購入いただく為の日なので今まで掲載されているアイテムをご提示いただいて「これありますか？」のご質問もお控えいただきますようお願い致します。

ご購入後の欠陥品以外の返品、交換はお受けいたしかねますのでご了承くださいませ。

上記取り決めやこちらの忠告を聞き流すお客様には販売自体をお断りさせていただきご退店いただきますのでご了承の程宜しくお願い致します。

基本的にはご自身のお買い物をして楽しんでいただくためのポップアップとなりますので、そちらをご理解、ご了承の上ご来店いただきますようどうぞ宜しくお願い致します。

关于当天的销售安排，有几点注意事项需要说明。

非常抱歉打扰您，敬请您在参加前务必仔细阅读。

一直以来，我们注意到有不少并不了解 atto-a、只是受雇前来、对 atto-a 本身也没有兴趣的客人（尤其是年长男性）到店并进行购买的情况相当明显。

基于以上情况，为了尽可能减少对活动没有兴趣人士的参与，本次活动将限定仅限女性参加，并对参与对象进行筛选。

※如当天到场者为男性，将谢绝入店，敬请理解。

※如有男性陪同，视现场情况可能需要在店外等候，敬请谅解。

当天的参与方式

为避免当天销售混乱，本次将采取提前通过私信（DM）报名，并通过抽选方式，仅允许中选顾客入店的形式。

参与方式如下：

自 1月17日 起（活动前1个月），请通过 Instagram 的私信（DM） 发送参与意向。

收到我们回复的 爱心标记（❤️） 即表示抽选报名成功。

抽选及当天到店方式

我们将根据中选 / 未中选情况，同时为中选者抽选到店时间。

中选顾客需在指定时间内到店，并在规定时间内完成结账。

※即使中选，也无法保证一定能购买到您心仪的商品，敬请注意。

※根据顾客情况，部分顾客在入店时间等方面可能会得到优先安排，敬请谅解。

※根据报名人数情况，抽选报名可能会提前截止。

※未在上述期间内发送报名私信的顾客，当天将无法参加活动，敬请注意。

【入店人数】

不限制陪同人数。

※无论本人或陪同入店，同一位顾客当天仅可入店一次，请注意。

【购买数量限制】

原则上 每人限购1件。

（包含陪同人员在内，即使2人或3人一同入店，原则上也仅限1件。）

但对于长期关注我们的老粉丝或老顾客，我们会进行确认后，

视情况将购买数量调整为 3件或5件。

各商品的具体限购规则将于当天现场说明。

※我们也非常感谢买手们在购买商品的同时，承担了代为向海外顾客销售的角色；

但只要仍存在不遵守礼仪的情况，我们也只能采取严格管理措施，敬请理解。

我们不会对购买顾客进行歧视，但会根据顾客情况给予不同程度的优待。

【注意事项】

近期发现有部分顾客本人对商品并无兴趣，需通过手机接收他人指示才能购买。

为防止此类情况，购物时请务必将手机收起。

本次活动仅限购买当天店内陈列的商品，

请勿出示过往发布的商品图片并询问“这个还有吗？”之类的问题。

除商品本身存在瑕疵外，恕不接受退换货，敬请理解。

如有顾客无视上述规则或我方提醒，我们将直接拒绝销售并请其离店，敬请谅解。

本次快闪活动的宗旨是让大家专注于自己的购物并享受其中，

请在充分理解并同意以上内容的前提下到店参与。

We are pleased to announce that on **Wednesday, February 18**, we will be holding

**“Backpack Girls” Exhibition

– atto-a, Early Spring Bread Festival –**

at **“yururi” in Jiyugaoka**.

Below are several important notes regarding sales on the day of the event.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but kindly ask that you read the following information carefully before attending.

For quite some time, we have noticed a significant number of visitors and purchasers who are unfamiliar with **atto-a**, have been hired to attend, and have little to no interest in atto-a itself (particularly older men).

In light of these ongoing issues, and in order to reduce participation from those who are not genuinely interested, **this event will be limited to female participants only**.

※ Please note that if a participant is male, entry will be refused on the day of the event.

※ Male companions may, depending on the situation, be asked to wait outside the store. Thank you for your understanding.

## How to Participate on the Day

To prevent confusion during sales, we will adopt a system in which **only customers who apply in advance via DM and are selected by lottery will be allowed to enter the store**.

### How to Apply

Starting **January 17** (one month prior to the event), please send a message via **Instagram DM** indicating your wish to participate.

Once you receive a reply with a **heart emoji (❤️)** from us, your application for the lottery will be considered complete.

## Lottery & Entry on the Day

Along with the selection results, we will also **assign entry times by lottery**.

Selected customers must visit the store at their designated time and complete payment within the allotted time.

※ Please note that being selected **does not guarantee the purchase of your desired item**.

※ Depending on the customer, some individuals may receive preferential treatment regarding entry time. Thank you for your understanding.

### Notification of Selected Customers

**January 24 – January 25**

※ Depending on the number of applications, we may close the lottery application period early.

※ Customers who do not apply within the above period will not be able to participate on the day of the event.

※ We will only contact selected customers; **notifications for unsuccessful applicants will not be sent**. Thank you for your understanding.

## 【Number of People Entering】

There is **no limit on the number of accompanying persons**.

※ However, once a customer has entered the store (including those entering with companions), **re-entry on the same day is not permitted**.

## 【Purchase Limit】

In principle, purchases are limited to **one item per person**.

(This includes companions; even if two or three people enter together, the purchase limit is generally one item total.)

For long-time followers and valued repeat customers, we will verify their status and may adjust the purchase limit to **three or five items**, depending on the situation.

Item-specific limits will be explained on the day of the event.

※ We sincerely appreciate buyers who also help act as intermediaries for overseas customers when we are unable to sell directly. However, as long as there are individuals who fail to observe proper manners, we must enforce these rules strictly. Thank you for your understanding.

We do not intend to discriminate among customers, but we do plan to offer preferential treatment depending on the individual.

## 【Important Notes】

Recently, we have seen cases where customers themselves have little interest in the products and rely on instructions via smartphone in order to make purchases.

To prevent this, **we ask that all customers put their smartphones away while shopping**.

This event is intended for purchasing **items displayed in-store on the day**, so please refrain from showing previously posted items and asking questions such as, “Do you have this?”

Please note that **returns and exchanges will not be accepted**, except in the case of defective products.

If a customer ignores these rules or our instructions, we will refuse the sale and ask the customer to leave the store. Thank you for your understanding.

This pop-up event is fundamentally intended for customers to enjoy **their own personal shopping experience**.

Please visit only after fully understanding and agreeing to the above policies.

As we mention every time, we hope that eventually the event will return to a more open format where anyone can visit freely at any time.
